Horses and the spiritual accompaniment of mourning

Horses inspire and remind us of this love and inner stillness that always accompanies us,

especially during a serious, complex, or chronic illness.

The workshop

When we have a serious illness it becomes very difficult to maintain a personal balance and we can feel that our life is an emotional roller coaster. We can lose hope, joy, and even feel sadness. In these times where there are few places to take us in the face of the abyss of the disease, it is necessary to find an internal space that serves as a rock to support us in the face of what is coming and must come.

Horses in the wild know and live naturally with this inner presence that sustains them. Her loving energy and magnetic field radiate to us just by being close to her. They too have suffered from illness and, in many cases, abuse. In freedom and in herd they have found this inner space of peace, stillness and tranquility. Along with free horses, we will experience and remember what this inner presence is like that we also have. A presence that, despite the adversities of the disease, can allow us to live quietly and tenderly with ourselves and with the people we love.

The workshop will begin with the presentation of the Miranda Foundation and an explanation of the nature of horses in the wild, with the constant accompaniment of a professional from the Foundation during the workshop and the visit to the horses.
